Comprehensive Early Alert Program

PLEASE NOTE: An online course attendance alert should not be submitted until the student has not logged in to a course for seven consecutive days AND has not contacted the instructor regarding the absence.

The Rhodes State College Comprehensive Early Alert Program (CEAP) is a communication system focused on providing support when you most need it.

  • Early alerts are initiated by faculty.

  • Advisors and Coaches follow an outreach plan that includes calling you and following up with an email.

  • Check your Rhodes State email regularly.

  • When someone from RSC reaches out, please respond!

  • It’s important to keep your contact information updated via STARs.

Faculty and Staff

CEAP is a cross-functional program that engages students, faculty, and staff in conversations and activities that promote student success.

  • The CEAP Manual and accompanying documents will be maintained on this webpage. Please bookmark it for future reference.

  • Communication with advisors and coaches is vital to the early alert process.

  • Questions and concerns can be directed to the Dean of Academic Services at (419) 995-8039.
