 What programs require the ATI TEAS for Allied Health Test at Rhodes State College?

What do I need to know about scheduling my test?

Step One:  The student will need to make an individual account through www.atitesting.com

Step Two: After an account has been created through ATI the student will contact the Rhodes State College Testing Center at 419-995-8476 and make an appointment with the testing staff.  Appointments can be made on the following days and times: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. (no appointments after 4:00 p.m.) Saturday at 11:00 a.m. only.

Day of Test

  • Testers must bring a valid photo ID.  Testers without a valid photo ID will NOT be allowed to test.
  • Testers must pay the testing fee through ATI on the day of test (all major credit cards and debit cards are accepted).  No personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders will be accepted.
  • Testers will need to bring their personal Assessment ID and password that they created through the ATI account.
  • Testers will need to come to the Rhodes State College Testing Center, TL 132.

How many times can I take the TEAS exam?

Students may take the TEAS exam twice during a 12-month period.  If a student takes the TEAS exam more than twice in 12 months, only the first two attempts will be considered.  For any questions regarding TEAS exam retakes please call the Rhodes State College Testing Center at 419-995-8476.
