ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification

Rhodes State College will offer ServSafe® Food Safety Manager training in May. Sessions will be held May 8, 10, 15 and 17, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.

Attendees can earn the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) - Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

This program includes the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience.

Managers will learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts.
